You don’t see depictions of black women and Asian men together in romantic happily-ever-lastingness, do you? Not too often, anyway. One author is determined to change this sad state of cultural affairs: Aminka Ozmun, who is also looking to join the eBook self-publishing trend that’s really taken over the business side of fiction these past two to three years. Aside from her and a few other writers, there isn’t all that much available anywhere when it comes to the sub-genre of interracial romance and Asian men/black women.

But because mainstream publishers have not stepped in to fulfill demand, enterprising authors like Ms. Ozmun wind up taking a leading role in shaping the contours of such fiction.
